Dancing can be quite challenging at the beginning. We have to deal with so many contradictory things it seems: follow the music, the steps, our partners, the people around, and, and, and….
But after a while, somehow we gain confidence, crush our fear and rise above it all. We might even have a lot of fun!
So, apart from its cultural and social bonding relevance, dancing can definitively be seen as a training ritual for our mind. A training to deal smoothly and happily with the reality and its complexity.
At first, just like dancing, it can be quite challenging to navigate smoothly through the complexity of our life: Our contradictions, our conditioning, our illusions… others and others’ illusions… our family structures and our corporate or governance structures, and, and, and…
So many illusions in my heart …
So many illusions in us all …

Dance of illusion … Dance of reality
Dancing happily, not loosing the beat
Dancing wisely, not loosing track
Dancing freely …
Unmasked and naked amidst a cosplay comedy.

It’s not about being an observer, it’s not about being a fan.
It’s about embracing the dance of reality, and its sweet ecstasy.

No one can do it for you , but you can be shown the steps.
Life management techniques are just dancing tools.
But they can easily make you dancing fools.
Thus
Remember that the real dance begins
once we dance with reality
and manage its complexity:
– lightly and fearlessly-
!!!
How about giving it a try?
One step back…
Regain happiness, strength & confidence.
Expand … Assess reality.
Step forward … Adapt.
Step in further … Mark a point.
Another step back… Rest and Observe …
Before the next quantum leap!
