We don’t need to be bright all the time. The accumulation of sparks of brightness is enough to kindle the fire of life. Provided that we manage it wisely, we avoid the dullness shade that usually comes after the sparks.
That brings us back to the dilemma of short term-long term prioritization: Short term brightness sparks vs long term management skill.
Like bright kids, life sparks occur when letting the mind go freely. Like wise adults, life management is attained by taming our dispersion.
Our impression that those are contradictory is one of the root of our confusion.
Thus, I learned from my kids:
Protect your child mind,
Develop your adult mind,
Never trade one for the other!
Hello there!
